Master the art of safely and swiftly peeling and slicing an avocado.
Ingredients:
  • 1 avocado
Instructions:
  • 1. Hold the avocado gently in one hand and use a sharp knife to cut it lengthwise around the seed. Open the halves to expose the pit. 2. To remove the pit, either scoop it out with a spoon or carefully tap a knife into the pit and twist to remove it. 3. For guacamole, scoop out the flesh with a spoon after making cross-hatch cuts. For avocado slices, simply use a knife to cut the halves into sections.
  • Separate the avocado segments from the peel with your fingers.
