Try using flax eggs - simply mix ground flaxseeds with water for a vegan-friendly egg substitute.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons room temperature water
Instructions:
  • Combine the flaxseed meal and water in a small bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  • Rest the mixture at room temperature for 7 to 10 minutes, or up to an hour if needed, until it thickens to a gel-like consistency.
  • In your baking recipe, swap out each regular egg for 1 flax egg.
