Delicious hummus with options for roasted red peppers or olives. Perfect for snacking or a light lunch with crackers, flatbreads, or pita and sprouts.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (15.5 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans to create a creamy paste. Add lemon juice, garlic, tahini, and crushed red pepper. Blend until smooth, adjusting with additional lemon juice for desired consistency.
