Create fun and tasty pita pockets with cheese, hummus, and tabouli for the kids' lunchboxes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 wholemeal pita bread
  • 40.00 ml hummus
  • 62.50 ml coarsely grated cheddar
  • 125.00 ml bought tabouli
Instructions:
  • Cut the pita bread in half crossways and gently open each half to create a pocket. Stuff each pita pocket with a delicious combination of hummus, cheddar cheese, and tabouli.
