Mediterranean-inspired pizza with creamy hummus base, topped with fresh veggies and gooey cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 cup hummus spread
  • 1.5 cups sliced bell peppers, any color
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 475 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
  • Place the pizza crust on a pan, spread hummus on it, add peppers and broccoli slices, then sprinkle with shredded cheese before baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese in the center is melted. Slice and enjoy!
