Indulgent caramel crumble with a creamy, freeze-worthy twist - a tantalizing treat for your loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 250g margarine spread
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 270g plain flour
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 125g pecan
  • 500ml bottle caramel topping
  • 2 litres vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Mix margarine, sugar, flour, oats, and nuts in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto the trays, pressing it into a thin layer. Bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then crumble while warm. Allow it to cool completely before using.
  • Prepare a 20 x 30cm baking dish with non-stick baking paper. Evenly layer half of the crumble mixture, drizzle half of the caramel topping, then spread the ice cream on top.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the crumble mixture over the ice cream, drizzle with the remaining caramel topping, cover, and freeze overnight. Cut into squares before serving.
