Ingredients:
  • 395g condensed milk
  • 200g biscuit
  • 50g violet crumble bar
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine condensed milk and whipping cream. Whip until thickened, which may take up to 20 minutes.
  • Using a meat tenderiser, gently crush the Violet Crumble in its packaging.
  • Add the Violet Crumble pieces to the fluffy mixture and gently fold them in until incorporated.
  • Arrange Malt Biscuits in a single layer at the bottom of the dish. Pour the mixture over evenly and smooth it out. Top with another layer of Malt Biscuits and freeze.
  • After freezing, slice into biscuit-sized pieces and enjoy.
