Ice Cream Sandwich Cake Pops

Create delectable ice cream cake pops by coating ice cream sandwiches with a shell, topping with crunchies, and assorted toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 6 (2.5 ounce) ice cream sandwiches
  • 2 (7.25 ounce) bottles chocolate shell topping (such as Magic Shell®)
  • 12 popsicle sticks
  • assorted toppings such as sprinkles, crushed cookies, nuts, crushed candy bars
Instructions:
  • Cut the ice cream sandwiches in half crosswise and then insert a popsicle stick through the center of each cut end.
  • 1. Remove the caps and seals from the shell topping containers, then microwave them for 8 seconds. Transfer the contents of each bottle to a glass measuring cup.
  • Coat each pop in shell topping until fully coated, letting excess drip off. Then, dip the top ends in your favorite toppings and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill freeze pops for a minimum of 1 hour before enjoying.
