Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Decadent ice cream sandwich cake with layers of fudge, caramel, and whipped topping for a frozen treat.
Ingredients:
  • 24 vanilla ice cream sandwiches, unwrapped
  • 2 (8 ounce) containers whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Start building your dessert by laying down a base of ice cream sandwiches in a 9x13-inch dish. Layer on whipped topping, hot fudge topping, and caramel topping. Repeat the layers with the rest of the ice cream sandwiches and toppings, finishing with a final layer of whipped topping. Don't forget to sprinkle some pecans on top for a finishing touch.
  • Wrap the dish tightly with aluminum foil and freeze until firm, approximately 30 minutes.
