Refreshing iceberg lettuce with zesty caper dressing - a timeless favorite revamped for today!
Ingredients:
  • 190g (3/4 cup) whole egg mayonnaise
  • 40.00 ml tarragon vinegar
  • 20.00 ml drained capers, finely chopped
  • 2 green shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, outer leaves removed, cut into 6 wedges
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, capers, and shallot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
