Iced apple and citrus tea

Whip up this refreshing fruity iced tea to cool down on hot days.
Ingredients:
  • 6 cinnamon apple herbal tea bags
  • 1.5L (6 cups) cold water
  • 1 green apple, cored, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 6 sprigs fresh lemon thyme
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • 1 x 750ml btl sparkling apple juice
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine tea bags and cold water. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill. Discard tea bags before serving.
  • Stir in apple, orange, lemon, lime, and lemon thyme to the tea mixture. Refrigerate covered for an additional 30 minutes.
  • In a spacious pitcher, add the ice cubes, pour in the tea mixture, and finish by topping it off with apple juice. Serve promptly to enjoy!
