Coffee ice blocks enhance the bold flavor of this delicious drink without watering it down.
Ingredients:
  • 185mls (3/4 cup) freshly brewed espresso coffee
  • 250mls (1 cup) full cream milk
  • 2 generous scoops of good quality vanilla ice-cream
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 375mls (1 1/2 cups) strong freshly brewed coffee
Instructions:
  • Pour the rich, aromatic coffee into 2 iceblock trays and freeze until solid and refreshing.
  • In a blender, blend together coffee, milk, ice cream, and sugar until just combined. Add 4 coffee ice blocks and blend for 1 minute until well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top each glass with 2 of the remaining ice blocks. Serve immediately.
