Tropical fruit smoothie, a refreshing finale to a flavorful Malaysian feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 small red papaya, seeded, chopped
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 187.50 ml crushed ice
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 62.50 ml crushed ice, extra
  • Ayam Palm Sugar Syrup, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • In a blender, puree papaya, banana, and 3/4 cup crushed ice until velvety. Pour into individual glasses.
  • In a blender, combine pineapple and 1/4 cup extra crushed ice until smooth. Pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with ice cubes and a drizzle of Ayam Palm sugar syrup.
