Impossibly Easy Buffalo Chicken Pie

Baked chicken smothered in creamy pepper sauce atop Bisquick® mix - serves six.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium)
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
  • 3/4 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously coat a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Combine the dressing, pepper sauce, and cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly on the bottom of a pie plate. Layer the chicken, celery, green onions, and Swiss cheese on top. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients until well combined, then pour over the contents in the pie plate.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is a beautiful golden brown and the center is fully set. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving, and enjoy with extra dressing, if desired.
