Indulge in a flavorful cheeseburger dinner pie with seasoned ground beef, flaky biscuit crust, and gooey Cheddar cheese. Perfect for a fork-worthy twist on a classic favorite!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup Original Bisquick® mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously coat a 9-inch glass pie pan with cooking spray.
  • Brown the beef and onion in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the beef is crumbly and cooked through, for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Whisk together milk, Bisquick, and eggs in a small bowl.
  • Once beef and onion mixture is drained, transfer it to the prepared pie pan. Stir in salt, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, and pour Bisquick mixture over the top.
  • Bake in the oven until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 25 minutes.
