Gluten-Free Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Indulge in a delicious gluten-free cheeseburger pie with Bisquick® Gluten Free mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef and onion, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully cooked; then drain. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to the pie plate and top with cheese before baking.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs in a medium bowl until smooth, then transfer the mixture into a pie plate.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
