Indulge in our delicious gluten-free apple pie made with Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups thinly sliced peeled apples (3 medium)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free pancake & baking mix
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free pancake & baking mix
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons firm butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F and lightly coat a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine apples with cinnamon and nutmeg, then transfer the mixture to the pie plate.
  • Combine the remaining filling ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well blended. Pour the mixture over the apples in the pie plate. In a small bowl, use a fork to combine all streusel ingredients until crumbly, then sprinkle over the filling.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
