Gluten-Free Impossibly Easy Coconut Pie

Whip up a quick and delicious Bisquick™ Gluten Free pie in just one hour.
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free Pancake & Baking mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously grease a 9-inch glass pie plate with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed, then transfer the mixture into a pie plate.
  • Bake the pie until it's golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, for about 45 to 50 minutes. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
