Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie (Crowd Size)

Easily whip up a crowd-pleasing Bisquick® Cheeseburger Pie. Ideal for feeding a group with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Grease a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Brown beef, onion, and salt in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is cooked through; drain any excess fat. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and evenly layer frozen mixed vegetables on top.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs in a medium bowl using a wire whisk until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  • After baking for 30 minutes, generously sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut into squares before serving.
