Try a quick and tasty no-boil mac 'n cheese recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (3 1/2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick™ Original baking mix
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and generously coat a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Spread uncooked macaroni evenly in the pie plate and top with 1 3/4 cups of cheese.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl using a wire whisk or fork until well blended, then pour the mixture into a pie plate.
  • Spray a sheet of foil with cooking spray and lay it over the pie plate, sprayed side down. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and bake for 1 to 2 minutes until melted. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
