Try this effortless salmon and asparagus bake with Swiss cheese, using Original Bisquick® mix for a quick and tasty dinner in just an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen cut asparagus, thawed and well drained
  • 8 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese (12 ounces)
  • 2 cans (6 to 7 1/2 ounces each) salmon or tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 13x9x2-inch rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange asparagus, onions, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, and salmon in the baking dish.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients, ensuring they are well mixed. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of cheese and bake for an additional 2 minutes, or until melted. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
