Try a simple and flavorful shrimp and Swiss brunch bake for a satisfying meal with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen cooked salad shrimp (6 oz), thawed, drained
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
  • 3/4 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously grease a 9-inch glass pie plate. Arrange shrimp, onions, basil, and cheese in layers in the pie plate.
  • Blend the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed, then pour the mixture into a pie plate.
  • Bake until the top is beautifully golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
