Impossibly Easy Toffee Bar Cheesecake

Rich cheesecake with chocolate-covered toffee bits, topped with caramel for an irresistible treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, cut into 16 pieces, softened
  • 3 bars (1.4 oz each) chocolate-covered English toffee candy, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F and generously spray the bottom of a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Place milk, vanilla extract, eggs, brown sugar, and Bisquick mix in a blender. Blend on high for 15 seconds until smooth. Add cream cheese and blend for an additional 2 minutes until creamy. Pour the mixture into a pie plate.
  • Decorate with a sprinkle of candy and swirl gently with a knife to distribute evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set 2 inches in, but the center remains slightly wiggly. Allow to cool fully for about 1 hour.
  • Chill for a minimum of 4 hours. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving. Keep refrigerated.
