Savor these tasty Indian-spiced lamb koftas.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml coriander leaves, loosely packed
  • 500 g Lamb Mince
  • 1 red onion, half finely chopped, half finely sliced
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 400g pkt Brand Asian Salad or Stir-Fry
  • 125.00 ml Alana's Pantry Spicy India Sauce
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Finely chop 1 cup coriander leaves. Mix together mince, chopped coriander, chopped onion, and garam masala in a large bowl using your hands. Shape the mixture into 12 even portions and mold around pre-soaked bamboo skewers. Preheat a chargrill to medium-high, brush with half the oil, and grill koftas for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  • Combine the remaining coriander, sliced onion, salad mix, and remaining oil in a medium bowl, tossing until well mixed.
  • Plate the salad and koftas, then drizzle with the sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
