Elevate your pizza party with our tantalizing Indian-inspired recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 300g kumara (orange sweet potato), peeled, cut into 5mm-thick slices
  • 300g lamb loin
  • 20.00 ml garam masala
  • extra light olive oil cooking spray
  • 400g packet naan bread
  • 82.50 gm mango chutney
  • 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 40g snow pea sprouts, trimmed, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the kumara on a microwave-safe plate and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes until just tender. Drain on paper towels.
  • Slice the lamb into deliciously thin 1cm slices and mix them with 3 teaspoons of flavorful garam masala.
  • Prepare a sizzling hot frying pan with a light coating of oil. Sear the lamb in batches for just 1 minute until perfectly sealed.
  • On 2 baking trays, arrange the naan. Lightly spray one side with oil and sprinkle with the remaining garam masala. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. Top with chutney, kumara, onion, and lamb. Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes until warmed through. Finish with sprouts and serve.
