Individual Black Forest Bread Puddings

Indulge in Yoplait® yogurt bread pudding with cherry sauce - a decadent family dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 6 slices French bread, cut into small cubes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Fat Free Black Forest yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen dark sweet or tart cherries, thawed, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon cherry-flavored liqueur, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Divide 1 slice of bread, cubed, evenly among six 6-oz custard cups. In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine eggs, milk, and yogurt. Pour the yogurt mixture over the bread and allow it to sit for about 30 minutes to soak up the flavors.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, then cool for 5 minutes.
  • Combine the sauce ingredients and drizzle over the warm bread pudding.
