Indulge in decadent triple-layer chocolate frosted brownies garnished with curls.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box (for cakelike brownies)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • Chocolate curls, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving about 2 inches of overhang on the sides. Generously spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • Prepare cake-like brownies in a 13x9-inch pan following the box instructions. Let it cool fully, around 1 1/2 hours. Lift the brownies out of the pan using the foil, then peel away the foil and trim the edges if preferred. Slice the brownie into thirds horizontally and place one piece on a serving plate.
  • Transfer the frosting into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it uncovered on High for 15 to 20 seconds. Stir the frosting until it becomes smooth.
  • Drizzle 1/3 of the frosting over the first brownie piece, add another brownie piece, and pour half of the remaining frosting. Top with the final brownie piece and pour the rest of the frosting on top. Chill for 30 minutes to set. Garnish with chocolate curls and store covered loosely.
