Whip up a quick and tasty Instant Pot shrimp pasta with Thai chili sauce and Sriracha for a flavorful weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound dry spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.75 cup Thai sweet red chili sauce
  • 0.25 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • Break spaghetti noodles in half and add them to the pressure cooker along with water, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Seal the lid, set to high pressure for 6 minutes following the manufacturer's directions, and let it come to pressure for 10-15 minutes.
  • Carefully quick-release the pressure following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Then, unlock and remove the lid.
  • In a bowl, toss together shrimp, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, and Sriracha until fully coated. Transfer the mixture to the pot and choose the Sauté setting. Stir in chopped green onions and cook until shrimp turn pink and green onions are soft, approximately 7 minutes.
