Effortless Instant Pot chicken breast recipe, versatile for salads, casseroles, and soups.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker like an Instant Pot, pour in the chicken broth. Add the chicken breast and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Combine paprika, parsley, thyme, and garlic powder in a small bowl, then season chicken generously. Lock the lid, select high pressure, and set a timer for 10 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions. Wait for the pressure to build for 10 minutes.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to naturally release pressure for about 10 minutes. Place the chicken on a cutting board to cool before chopping or shredding for future use.
