Delicious Instant Pot corned beef cooked to perfection in just 2 hours for a juicy and tender meal with all the trimmings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (3 pound) corned beef brisket with spice packet
Instructions:
  • Prepare your mise en place.
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot), mix together water, beer, and garlic.
  • Place a trivet inside the pressure cooker, then add the brisket on top. Sprinkle the spice packet over the brisket. Secure the lid, choose high pressure following the manufacturer's guidelines, then set the timer for 90 minutes. Let the pressure build for 10 minutes.
  • Safely release pressure using quick-release method as per manufacturer's guidelines for about 5 minutes. Then unlock and lift off the lid.
  • Place the brisket on a baking sheet, cover it with aluminum foil, and allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve the dish piping hot and savor every bite!
