Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 6.5 pounds bone-in, spiral-cut ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Add water to the steel basin of a multi-functional pressure cooker like an Instant Pot. Arrange the ham, sliced side-down, in the pot.
  • Combine the brown sugar, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl. Drizzle the glaze over the ham and secure the lid. Enjoy!
  • Follow the manufacturer's guidelines to set the pressure to high, then set the timer for 10 minutes. Let the pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes before starting the timer.
  • After 10 minutes of natural pressure release, carefully perform a 5-minute quick pressure release following the manufacturer's instructions. Unlock and remove the lid.
  • Transfer the flavorful juices from the pot into a bowl and reserve. Let the delicious ham rest for a minimum of 10 minutes, then transfer to a serving platter.
  • Use the Saute function to pour the liquid back into the pot. Reduce to desired consistency, 5 to 10 minutes. Drizzle sweet sauce over ham slices before serving.
