Make peach cobbler using canned peaches in your Instant Pot for a delicious treat year-round.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (15 ounce) cans peaches, drained
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
  • 1.5 cups white cake mix
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup water
Instructions:
  • After draining the peaches, gently pat them dry with a paper towel, then generously sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar.
  • Combine the dry cake mix with the aromatic cinnamon. Blend in the butter until you achieve a crumbly texture. Reserve half of the mixture for later use.
  • Combine the peaches with half of the cake mix blend and transfer to a 6-inch round dish. Sprinkle the remaining cake mix blend over the peaches and cover the dish with foil.
  • 1. Add water to Instant Pot and place trivet inside. Put a round dish on top. Lock the lid, select high pressure for 12 minutes per manufacturer's instructions, and let the pressure build for 10-15 minutes.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions for natural releasing pressure for about 20 minutes. Then unlock and remove the lid. Use the quick-release method to release any remaining pressure for about 5 minutes.
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the broiler and preheat the broiler.
  • Gently transfer the dish from the pot and remove the cover. Broil for about 2 minutes until the topping is set.
