Instant Pot peach sauce: Sweet & tangy topping for ice cream, cheesecake, oatmeal, or pancakes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups chopped peaches
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker, combine chopped peaches with brown sugar. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, water, and cinnamon.
  • Secure the lid tightly and engage high pressure mode as per manufacturer's guidelines. Set the timer for 1 minute, then patiently wait for the pressure to naturally build for 6 to 10 minutes.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to release pressure naturally for around 10 minutes. Then, carefully quick-release the remaining pressure for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
  • Activate the Saute function and cook, stirring and gently crushing peach chunks with a spoon until a thick, chunky texture forms, for approximately 2 minutes. Deactivate the Saute function by pressing Cancel.
  • Enjoy right away or refrigerate in jars for future indulgence.
