Quick and effortless Instant Pot peel-and-eat shrimp recipe with less liquid than stovetop method.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 pound large raw shell-on shrimp, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup cocktail sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Add beer to your Instant Pot, then mix in shrimp, butter, and seafood seasoning. Seal the lid, choose high pressure, and set timer to 2 minutes. Let the pressure build for 10 minutes.
  • Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock the lid and gently stir in the parsley.
  • Plate the shrimp and accompany them with zesty cocktail sauce for dipping.
