Ingredients:
  • 3.75 cups water
  • 1 cup polenta
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
Instructions:
  • Combine water, polenta, and salt in a multi-functional pressure cooker. Secure the lid, select the Porridge setting, and set the timer for 10 minutes. Let the pressure build for 5 to 10 minutes before opening.
  • Carefully quick-release pressure following manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Remove the lid and add butter and cream. Whisk until polenta is smooth and lump-free. Stir in Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino Romano cheeses until melted and well combined.
