Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces heavy cream
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled jalapeno pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons pickled jalapeno pepper juice
Instructions:
  • Choose the Slow Cooker setting on your multi-functional pressure cooker, like an Instant Pot, and set it to High. Stir in Oaxaca cheese, heavy cream, and Neufchatel cheese until melted, about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn the temperature to Low and let the queso cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Add green chiles, jalapenos peppers, and pickling juice, mixing everything together thoroughly.
