Succulent salsa chicken made effortlessly in the Instant Pot with tender frozen chicken breasts, zesty taco seasoning, and flavorful salsa for a delicious Tex-Mex dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound frozen skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions:
  • Place the chicken breasts in an Instant Pot, generously coat with taco seasoning, and then top with salsa and chicken broth.
  • Secure the lid tightly. Choose the Poultry setting and adjust the timer to 15 minutes. Give it 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build up.
  • Allow the pressure to naturally release for about 20 minutes following the manufacturer's guidelines. Once done, unlock the lid and remove it.
  • Shred the chicken and present it as desired.
