Quickly make tender shredded chicken in your Instant Pot - cook for 20 minutes on high pressure, then shred!
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup water
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker like an Instant Pot, add chicken breasts, water, salt, and pepper. Close the lid securely and set to high pressure for 20 minutes following the manufacturer's guidelines. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 to 15 minutes before opening.
  • Carefully quick-release pressure following manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
  • Use 2 forks to tear the chicken into shreds. Place the shredded chicken in a sealed container with the juices to maintain its moisture.
