Make rich, flavorful turkey stock effortlessly in the Instant Pot for an indulgent culinary experience.
Ingredients:
  • 1 leftover turkey carcass from a 12 pound turkey
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • 10 cups water
Instructions:
  • Place the turkey carcass, onion, carrots, celery, and water into a multi-functional pressure cooker like an Instant Pot. Seal the lid securely, select high pressure, and set the timer for 45 minutes following the manufacturer's guidelines. Allow the pressure to build for 15 minutes.
  • Carefully quick-release pressure following manufacturer's guidelines for about 15 minutes.
  • Strain liquid, discard solids, chill for 8 hours or overnight. Remove any fat on top, then use within 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
