Instant Pot Vegan Detox Cabbage Soup - Easy and nutritious recipe with carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes, and veggie broth.
Ingredients:
  • 3 medium carrots, chopped
  • 3 cups coarsely chopped green cabbage
  • 2.5 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker like an Instant Pot, mix together cabbage, vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, and sage.
  • Secure the lid tightly and set the pressure to high as per the manufacturer's guidelines. Set the timer to 15 minutes and patiently wait for the pressure to build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to subside naturally for 10 to 40 minutes as per the manufacturer's directions. Then, unlock and lift off the lid.
