Tender beef meatballs with Italian bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, and Romano cheese for delicious flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine bread crumbs, Romano cheese, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Add water and eggs; mix well. Incorporate ground beef until fully combined. Shape into balls and arrange on a nonstick baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until perfectly cooked through and evenly golden brown.
