Indulge guilt-free in a colorful pasta salad bursting with flavor from fat-free Italian dressing, tri-color corkscrew pasta, crisp green peppers, and ripe red tomatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces fusilli pasta
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 0.75 cup fat free Italian-style dressing
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil generously salted water in a large pot. 2. Cook pasta until al dente, for 8 to 10 minutes. 3. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, mix together pasta, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
  • Coat with dressing, toss well, and chill in the refrigerator.
