Make a comforting winter dish with savory pork and fennel sausages served with creamy mashed potatoes and rich gravy.
Ingredients:
  • 165g gravy
  • 8 Italian pork and fennel sausages
  • 400g potato, peeled, diced
  • 400g cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 18.80 gm sour cream
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil the potato and cauliflower until tender for about 10 minutes in a large pan. Drain. Mash them in the pan and mix in the sour cream and chives. Season with sea salt to taste and keep warm.
  • Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat. Cook sausages, turning every 2 minutes, for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Warm up the Gravox Bangers 'n' Mash Liquid Gravy following the packet instructions. Plate the mash and sausages onto 4 plates. Drizzle with gravy and accompany with mixed salad leaves.
