Grilled cauliflower florets with Italian seasoning and garlic, cooked to perfection in foil.
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet heavy-duty aluminum foil, approximately 15 inches long
  • 1 serving cooking spray
  • 4 ounces cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 small garlic, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to a sizzling 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • 1. On a clean work surface, lay out a sheet of aluminum foil and fold it in half. Lightly grease one side with cooking spray. 2. Spread cauliflower pieces on the greased foil and top with butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. 3. Fold the sides of the foil up and seal by folding twice. Roll the ends towards the center and press down to seal securely.
  • Grill, rotating periodically, for 10 minutes.
