"Pepperoni pizza potato casserole - a delicious twist for the whole family!"
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (4.9 ounces) Betty Crocker™ au gratin potatoes
  • 2 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/4 can grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 package (3 1/4-ounce size) sliced pepperoni
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Combine potatoes, sauce mix, and boiling water in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish; then stir in the milk.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden brown and potatoes are tender. Top with pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheeses, and arrange pepperoni on top.
  • Continue baking without covering for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, until the topping is heated through and the cheese is fully melted.
