Japanese-style salmon with ramen noodles recipe

Whip up quick and flavorful ramen noodles for a busy night.
Ingredients:
  • 270g ramen noodles
  • 300g snow peas, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 4 Skin-On Salmon Portions
  • 125ml soy sauce
  • 24.00 gm black sesame dukkah
Instructions:
  • Boil noodles in a large saucepan for 5 mins. Add snow peas for the last 1 min. Rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Cover a baking tray with foil. Toss salmon in 2 tablespoons of dressing in a bowl. Place salmon on foil, skin-side down. Grill for 5 minutes until cooked through. Gently flake the salmon before serving.
  • Pour the rest of the dressing over the noodles. Mix well. Serve on individual plates. Place the salmon on top and sprinkle with dukkah.
