Savor a delectable breakfast pizza brimming with sausage, cheese, hash browns, and eggs - a delightful twist on morning favorites.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
  • 2 (8.5 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 cups frozen hash brown potato cubes, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced green onions
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook one package of sausage, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crumbly, for about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove excess grease, and transfer the cooked sausage to a bowl. Repeat with the rest of the sausage.
  • 1. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into 16 triangles. Arrange the triangles in two ungreased 12-inch rimmed pizza pans with the pointed ends facing towards the center. Press the rolls together, seal the perforations, and shape them into a circle that is 1 inch larger than the pan's bottom. Fold the edges under to create a slight rim.
  • Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over each crust. Add the potatoes, bell peppers, and green onions on top. Finally, sprinkle with the delicious Cheddar cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Divide the egg mixture in half and pour over each pizza. Finish by sprinkling with Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake until the eggs are fully set and the crusts turn a beautiful golden color, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
