Award-winning cookie recipe with chocolate, almonds, and coconut - irresistible!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 2/3 cup chopped toasted almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, butter, extract, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Mix in 1/2 cup of coconut and almonds until well combined.
  • Shape sticky dough into 36 (1-inch) balls, ensuring they are evenly coated with coconut. Arrange the balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before storing covered at room temperature.
