Giant Devil's Food Whoopie Pie made with Betty Crocker cake, oreo cookies, and fluffy vanilla frosting - perfect for sharing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Vanilla Frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a rimmed cookie sheet by lining it with cooking parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to blend cake mix, eggs, and butter until a thick batter forms. Divide the batter in half on a cookie sheet.
  • Dampen hands lightly to prevent sticking. Shape each half into a ball and gently flatten with hand to form 2 cakes, each 6 inches in diameter.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool on the pan.
  • Place a cake onto a serving platter. Combine cookie crumbs with the container of frosting. Evenly spread the entire container of frosting over the cake and then add the remaining cake on top.
