Elevate Thanksgiving sweet potatoes with a zesty coffee liqueur twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cut yams, drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • 0.5 cup coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange yams in a casserole dish, drizzle with milk, sprinkle brown sugar on top, dot with butter, and finish by pouring coffee-flavored liqueur over everything.
  • Bake in the hot oven until bubbly and heated through, approximately 30 minutes.
